Owners have adopted the new Covenants and By-laws by a margin well in excess of the 2/3 majority required.  These documents will be recorded at the La Plata County Courthouse and are now the governing regulations of The Ranch.  They can be accessed through the "Governing Documents" page on this website.
 
A new Board of Directors has been installed and will meet on June 12 to appoint committee members.  The Board of Directors page has been updated to reflect the current status.
 
As you may know, we have a Maintenance Committee in place.  Member names can be found on the Board of Directors page.  To view Committee areas of responsibility, click on:  Maintenance Page
